VietNamNet Bridge – More than 200 singers, directors, masters of ceremony (MCs), and fashion designers will participate in the three-day Singer’s Day in Phan Thien City, Binh Thuan Province.

Artists sang at the Singer’s Day 2007.

Starting in 2006, the Singer’s Day was held twice in the central City of Da Nang and Nha Trang. The organizers of this event include musician Le Quang, Luong Minh, director Huynh Phuc Dien, MC Thanh Bach, and singers Dam Vinh Hung, Thai Huan and Viet Thanh.

The third Singer’s Day will take place in Phan Thiet City from December 8-10, including a workshop entitled “Image Building Art of Modern Artists,” an auction of artists’ gifts for charity, a fashion show modeled by singers, a big music show for charity, and other charity and community activities.

Through the event, artists wish to help Binh Thuan build houses for the poor, launch a sea environment protection campaign, and advertise Phan Thiet’s tourism potentials.
